Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives within the General Agency Management function through end-to-end ownership of business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and automation solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and agency governance.  Dẫn dắt các sáng kiến chuyển đổi số trong khối Quản lý Tổng đại lý thông qua việc sở hữu và triển khai trọn vòng đời các giải pháp Business Intelligence, phân tích dữ liệu, báo cáo quản trị và tự động hóa nhằm nâng cao chất lượng ra quyết định, hiệu quả vận hành và công tác quản trị hệ thống Tổng đại lý.  Act as a strategic business partner to bridge business needs with data, technology, and digital capabilities, translating complex challenges into scalable and sustainable business solutions.  Đóng vai trò đối tác chiến lược giữa nhu cầu kinh doanh với dữ liệu, công nghệ và năng lực số hóa; chuyển đổi các vấn đề nghiệp vụ phức tạp thành các giải pháp bền vững và có khả năng mở rộng.  Own the full end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reporting solutions, including business requirement gathering, solution design, data modelling, development, testing, deployment, user adoption, and continuous enhancement.   I. Transformation, Digital & Analytics (70%)   Business Intelligence & Dashboard Ownership   Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ vòng đời của dashboard và giải pháp báo cáo, bao gồm thu thập yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, thiết kế giải pháp, mô hình hóa dữ liệu, phát triển, kiểm thử, triển khai, hỗ trợ người dùng và cải tiến liên tục.   Design and develop channel-level dashboards, management reports, and self-service analytics solutions for Agency Management and senior leadership.   Thiết kế và phát triển các dashboard, báo cáo quản trị và giải pháp phân tích dữ liệu cho Khối Quản lý Tổng đại lý và cấp lãnh đạo.   Establish reporting frameworks and KPI monitoring mechanisms to support data-driven decision-making.   Xây dựng khung báo cáo và cơ chế theo dõi KPI nhằm hỗ trợ việc ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify business opportunities, operational risks, performance trends, and portfolio impacts.   Data Analytics & Business Insights   Thực hiện các phân tích dữ liệu chuyên sâu nhằm xác định cơ hội kinh doanh, rủi ro vận hành, xu hướng hiệu quả hoạt động và tác động danh mục kinh doanh.   Develop analytical models, forecasting approaches, scenario simulations, and performance measurement methodologies.   Xây dựng các mô hình phân tích, phương pháp dự báo, mô phỏng kịch bản và phương…
