THE ROLE: We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking SEO Manager to join GAIN and lead organic search activity across GAIN’s own websites https://www.thisisgain.com & https://www.iq.thisisgain.com We are actively hiring independent contractors based in the Philippines , ready to take on meaningful, remote work with international clients. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering SEO strategies that improve visibility, attract relevant audiences and contribute to measurable business growth. Working across technical SEO, content, authority and emerging AI-powered discovery, you’ll turn data and insight into clear priorities and practical programmes of work. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how search is changing. You’ll be confident working across traditional search engines while also exploring how brands can improve their visibility within AI-generated answers, conversational search and other emerging discovery platforms. Success will be measured through the quality of your thinking and delivery, the commercial impact of your work, the strength of your client relationships and your contribution to the continued development of GAIN’s SEO offering. RESPONSIBILITIES: SEO Strategy and Delivery Develop and manage integrated SEO strategies aligned with GAIN’s audiences, commercial objectives and wider marketing plans. Take responsibility for the quality, consistency and timely delivery of SEO activity across the GAIN websites Translate business objectives and audience behaviour into clear organic search priorities, roadmaps and measures of success. Work across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, internal linking, digital authority and off-site signals. Conduct keyword, topic, audience and search-intent research to identify opportunities across the customer journey.
