A Dubai-based company specialising in uniforms and apparel is looking for an experienced Garment Merchandiser & Coordinator .
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage garment orders while providing strong administrative and coordination support. You will be the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, factories, and internal teams, ensuring that every requirement is clearly communicated and followed through from enquiry and sampling to production and delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating client enquiries, quotations, samples, approvals, orders, and deliveries
Liaising with clients, fabric and trim suppliers, factories, and internal teams
Following up on fabric, trims, sizing, samples, production, quality, and delivery timelines
Maintaining order trackers, critical paths, production schedules, and client records
Preparing quotations, purchase orders, reports, presentations, and other documents
Keeping all stakeholders updated and ensuring that pending actions are followed up
Identifying potential delays or issues and escalating them early
Supporting general administration and maintaining organised digital files
You may be the right fit if you have:
Previous garment merchandising experience within the uniform, apparel, or fashion industry
Practical knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, sampling, production, and quality requirements
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent spoken and written English
Confidence communicating with clients, suppliers, factories, and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several orders and deadlines
A proactive working style—you follow through without needing constant reminders
