This role requires full-time on-site presence. Please note that there are two open positions for the Studio Team. Function Perform (alone or assisted by other technicians whose work you co-ordinate in conjunction with production teams) duties associated with maintaining production and broadcasting systems/equipment in a cross-functional environment that includes networking, optics, electronics, computer systems, mechanics, machining, welding, hydraulics and pneumatics. Description of duties: Perform all duties associated with maintaining production and broadcasting systems/equipment (function-testing, configuring, installing, inspecting, diagnosing troubleshooting, repairing and refurbishing). Be responsible, as a contributor, for the technical aspect of the work performed by technicians. Coordinate and review the work of other technicians and provide them with advice. Solve underlying or intermittent problems to ensure program production and broadcast. Run tests and make complex adjustments in order to improve performance of technical facilities. Design, modify and manufacture parts, equipment and tools requiring the use of various techniques (mechanics, machining, welding, hydraulics and pneumatics).
