About the Role:
We are looking for a high-potential and hands-on HR Generalist to join our APAC People team.
Reporting directly to the Head of People BU APAC, this role will support the delivery of HR initiatives and day-to-day people operations across the region. The position will work closely with employees across different APAC markets, providing broad HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Business Support & Operations
Partner with the line manager, to support day-to-day HR operations across APAC markets.
Coordinate with local HR teams, external vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Handle and support HR reporting and people analytics for
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
2. Talent Acquisition
Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activities for regional key positions, from workforce planning and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
Manage candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment and selection processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key and critical positions.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the company's talent attraction capability.
Enlarge the sourcing channels, and work with external recruitment agencies and other talent partners where required.
3. Talent Development & Performance Management
Support the line manager, in implementing regional talent development and talent management initiatives.
Coordinate learning and development programs based on business and employee needs.
Support talent review, succession planning and high-potential talent identification.
Assist in designing and implementing career development initiatives and employee development plans.
Work closely with local People team, support the annual performance management cycle and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Track and analyze key talent development activities and their effectiveness.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Support regional C&B activities, including salary reviews, bonus processes, benefits administration, connect and work closely with global CoE team.
Support to review/update/implement C&B projects.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive compensation information.
5. HR Projects & Regional Initiatives
Support the Head of People, APAC, in regional and global HR projects.
Participate in organizational development, employee engagement, culture and change management initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analysis to support management decision-making.
Support the rollout of global HR initiatives across APAC and ensure appropriate local execution.
Take ownership of ad-hoc HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
