As our Geologist – Resource Definition , you'll help uncover and define the next stages of Cowal's mineral resource through near mine exploration, resource definition drilling, geological interpretation and data management. Working an 8:6 residential roster with 12 hour day shifts, you'll enjoy the balance of extended time at home while remaining connected to a major mining operation. You'll join a collaborative geology team playing a key role in advancing resource definition programs that support Cowal's continued growth and future mining opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Project Geologist, you'll: Deliver high quality geological data that supports resource growth and strategic mine planning. Contribute to safe and successful drilling programs across resource definition and near mine exploration activities. Apply orebody knowledge and geological interpretation to help identify and prioritise drilling opportunities. Maintain robust geological databases, sampling records and QAQC processes to ensure confidence in resource data. Collaborate with geology, technical services and drilling partners to improve geological understanding across the operation. Support the development and refinement of 3D geological models that inform operational and strategic decisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance geological processes and outcomes. Why Cowal Gold Operations?
