What will you do? You'll support customers through phone, email and chat , helping with their questions and requests while delivering a professional and high-quality customer experience. Native or fluent German Advanced English Strong communication and customer service skills Customer Care / Call Centre experience is a plus Positive, team-oriented mindset Currently based in Portugal or able to work from Lisbon Location & Working Model Sete Rios, Lisbon Initially on-site Possibility to move to a hybrid model after 3 months , based on performance What do we offer?
