Maintain accurate logs and documentation for high-volume logistics transactions. Provide proactive updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status and potential transit issues. Requirements Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Valid EU passport (mandatory). Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication. Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or the supply chain industry is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
