The ideal candidate will act with autonomy as a trusted advisor and key player to support the Human Resources function and the management team on compensation best practices (monetary and non-monetary), benefits, salary forecasts, market data analysis, compensation budget and mid- and long-term compensation strategy. Your Day with Equisoft Develop and present the global compensation strategy, including proposals, results, and success metrics to executive leadership Assess, propose and implement strategic recommendations and enhancements to our compensation programs, policies and processes in collaboration with the HR team  Stay updated on best practices to ensure competitive compensation offerings Serve as the go-to expert for complex compensation questions across the organization Perform market research and statistical analysis to develop our Global Compensation strategy  Administer the annual compensation planning cycle in Workday, including system configuration, data validation, manager training, processing compensation changes, preparing payroll data, and ensuring 100% accuracy of all calculations and approvals by established deadlines Recommend and benchmark benefits plans, including health, welfare, and retirement, to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations Lead the annual benefits renewal process including RFP preparation, vendor management, plan design analysis, cost modeling, and implementation coordination across all…
