We’re looking for a commercially focused Global Supplier and Warehouse Procurement Manager to oversee our global supplier network and support the continued growth of our operations. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management and operational coordination across warehouse and logistics services, helping to ensure cost efficiency, scalability and high service quality across the supply chain.
📍 Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within Spain, Portugal and Poland, with remote working available within these countries .

What You'll Do:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global logistics service providers (LSPs), including sourcing, onboarding, performance management and contract termination
Identify and source warehouse facilities and logistics partners aligned with business growth and operational requirements
Lead RFIs/RFQs, rate negotiations and annual re-negotiations to support cost efficiency, service quality and supply security
Develop and manage supplier contracts, pricing structures and procurement frameworks in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
Build and maintain effective supplier relationships, monitoring KPIs, QBRs and cost savings, and coordinating corrective actions where needed
Coordinate the setup and implementation of new service centres, distribution hubs and logistics operations globally, including ramp-up and ramp-down planning
Standardise and optimise procurement processes, tools and documentation, contributing to digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives
