The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 1,700 . The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. This position is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 9 months Role Description We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bratislava on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This is not an operational recruitment role. You’ll work across our global Talent Acquisition function, supporting the processes, solutions, systems and governance that enable our teams to operate effectively and consistently across different markets. With responsibilities spanning vendor management, audit and governance, data and reporting, recruitment technology, process improvement projects you’ll work with global and local stakeholders to identify requirements, develop best-practice solutions and drive greater consistency across our Talent Acquisition practice. The function will embark on some large scale projects in which you’ll get involved in PMO capacity.
