About Genesis’ Annual Graduate Intake At Genesis, we are committed to nurturing exceptional talent that is passionate about impact. As part of the firm’s growth, Genesis welcomes cohorts of Young Professionals each year who are driven to solve complex, real-world problems. This International Round focuses on, but is not limited to, students, recent postgraduates, and early-career professionals studying at leading universities in the United Kingdom, Kenya, and across the African continent. We believe that early-career professionals benefit from spending time in person with their colleagues. As such most Young Professionals are based at our hubs in South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town) or Kenya (Nairobi). Exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates in other locations on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the location for which they apply.
