Designation: Trainee - GET Department: Electrical Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Electrical Location: TamilNadu - Vellalaviduthi Reporting: Associate Vice President – BESS Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound B.Tech – EEE freshers to join our team as Trainee Engineers at our Vellalaviduthi, Tamil Nadu location. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, good technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization. Key Roles & Responsibilites: Support the engineering team in day-to-day electrical and technical activities. Assist in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Understand and follow electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical documents. Support troubleshooting and identification of electrical/electronic issues. Coordinate with senior engineers and other departments as required. Follow company safety procedures and electrical safety standards. Maintain proper documentation and prepare basic technical reports. Learn and develop practical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment. Perform other engineering-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) . Candidates with a good academic record/score in B.Tech will be preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluent in Tamil is preferred/required , as the role involves coordination with the local team and workforce. Key Skills: Good fundamental knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering concepts. Basic understanding of electrical systems, circuits, motors, transformers, and electrical equipment. Ability to understand electrical drawings and technical specifications. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
