Graduate Service Technician

What you will do:
As part of our Service Engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' laser systems perform reliably and efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on advanced laser systems
Investigate returned products and identify root causes of failures
Perform repairs, calibrations and product rework
Conduct testing, validation and performance verification
Support engineering teams with technical investigations and continuous improvement activities
Work with precision optics, electronics, assemblies and cutting-edge laser technology
Develop your technical knowledge through structured training and hands-on learning
What we are looking for:
We are interested in ambitious graduates and early-career engineers who enjoy understanding how technology works and solving technical problems.
You may have:
A degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship or technical qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics or a related discipline
Experience with mechanical, electrical or electronic assembly
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Soldering experience (desirable but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
A genuine interest in technology, engineering and continuous learning
Most importantly, you will be curious, eager to learn and motivated to develop your technical expertise.
