Role Summary
Responsibilities : You will support with a wide range of creative projects for our clients within the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity
Salary : A pro-rated salary of £26,250 per annum outside of London (£28,860 per annum in London)
Benefits : Statutory holiday allowance, flexible working hours and the chance to work from home 1 day per week, numerous internal training and mentoring opportunities, and employer pension contributions
Role Type : Full-time, temporary internship, lasting for either 3 or 6 months
Start Date : This role will ideally commence on Monday 9th November 2026. However, we have additional start dates available in January and February 2027, and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form

Location : This role is available in our Cambridge , London , and Manchester offices. Although we will consider applicants across all three office locations, we strongly encourage candidates to consider Cambridge, which is home to our global headquarters
About the Role
This internship is ideal for design students or recent graduates who would like to gain insight into an agency or commercial environment, as well as those looking to kickstart a career in design.
In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of graphic design projects, including the development of visually engaging scientific posters, infographics, leave pieces, marketing assets, and more. You may also have the opportunity to support our motion and digital teams with the creation of interactive exhibition materials, animations, and eLearning modules.
Collaborating with experienced members of our Creative team, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on design experience in the healthcare sector.
