Provide technical leadership for the existing C#/.NET environment and guide its development toward scalable, maintainable and testable solutions. Evaluate technical alternatives, dependencies and risks, and document architecture decisions and recommendations transparently. Establish software development standards for coding, APIs, data models, automated testing, versioning, documentation and code reviews. Identify and assess AI use cases, technologies and models, and guide the implementation of selected AI-enabled platform capabilities. Collaborate with Product Owners, project managers, engineering experts, users and development teams to deliver appropriate technical solutions. Review software designs, critical code, integration concepts and supplier proposals to ensure compliance with the platform architecture.
