MGG Health is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead our APAC finance function and play a pivotal role in the next phase of our growth. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and performance of the finance function across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with an experienced finance leader, you'll have the support and guidance of a seasoned executive while retaining responsibility for delivering strong financial outcomes, developing capability within the team and driving operational excellence across the function. Balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution, remaining close to the numbers, systems, controls and operational finance activities. Owning annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, financial modelling and management reporting. Partnering with operational, commercial, sales and recruitment leaders to drive profitability, margin performance and informed decision-making. Leading the credit control function to optimise cash collection, reduce DSO and strengthen working capital performance. Overseeing accurate, compliant and timely payroll and pay-billing across all AU and NZ entities. Owning month-end, year-end and statutory reporting, balance sheet integrity, audit management and financial controls. Driving finance transformation initiatives across ERP,…
