We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them. WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a senior Group Reporting Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team. Location: Prague (Czech Republic) This role will support the preparation and analysis of Group consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and Group standards, while driving process improvements, automation, and supporting the development of new reporting solutions. SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Monthly review of Group consolidated financial statements, including analysis of segment-level financial results and consolidation adjustments Prepare the semi-annual and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements, including notes and supporting schedules, and lead the day-to-day dialogue with our Group auditors Redesign and automate reporting processes across the Group – less manual work, faster close, cleaner data Implementation of new controls, using data visualization and BI tools Work daily with local finance teams in 11 European countries – you will be their go-to contact for Group reporting standards and IFRS questions Financial reporting support for acquisitions and disposals, working with Corporate departments on tax and refinancing topics We work with Yardi as our accounting ERP and LucaNet as our reporting tool – no prior…
