Working alongside experienced professionals and senior leaders , you'll gain exposure to market research, data analysis and project delivery, learning how strategic ideas are transformed into tangible business outcomes. The 10-week programme is designed to give you meaningful exposure to insurance while helping you develop the knowledge, professional skills and confidence to kick start your career.   Better still, our programme offers a direct pathway into our Autumn 2028 graduate opportunities, subject to business needs and individual performance.   What you’ll be doin g?   You will begin with a structured induction before joining our Growth Execution team, where you will work alongside experienced specialist on live projects.   During the programme , you’ll :   Support and further develop existing relationships across Howden, connecting stakeholders with the relevant teams to enable collaboration .   Execute day-to-day tasks that support growth delivery.   Own and manage a dynamic list of priorities, using sound judgement and clear communication to keep work on track.   Support with the coordination of GlobalData , our new business online tool .   General support and continued development of team new business data on our online platform , including data input, maintenance, and regular…
