Growth Operations Director
Location: Atlanta, GA | 25–50% Travel
About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Operations Director to partner with market and regional leaders to improve performance, strengthen teams, and drive business growth across our markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can evaluate a business, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and then step in to help make it better. You’ll work directly with market leaders and teams to address performance gaps, improve execution, develop leaders, and implement initiatives that drive results.
This person should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution and willing to step into a market when leadership support, stabilization, or additional hands-on direction is needed.
This role requires 25–50% travel.
What You'll Do
Partner with market and regional leaders to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans to improve results
Step into markets as a hands-on leader when needed to stabilize performance, address leadership gaps, and strengthen execution
Monitor key metrics across sales, recruiting, service delivery, productivity, and profitability to identify trends and root causes
Lead, coach, and develop market teams to strengthen accountability, productivity, and overall performance
Support the onboarding, development, and transition of market leaders
Identify and address leadership, team dynamics, culture, and engagement challenges impacting performance
