THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
We are seeking a talented Hardware Developer (Electronics) to join our R&D team developing advanced embedded and measurement systems for medical devices. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design of high-performance mixed-signal and FPGA-based embedded systems used in cutting-edge medical technologies.You will work across the full product lifecycle — from architecture and design through board bring-up, system integration, validation, and release — while collaborating closely with firmware, mechanical, and product development teams
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
Design and develop mixed-signal embedded hardware systems, including schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout.
Prototype proof-of-concept designs and perform board bring-up, troubleshooting and hardware validation.
Participate in system architecture, requirements definition, and design reviews.
Collaborate cross-functionally with embedded firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and product teams.
Ensure signal and power integrity, and support ESD and EMC compliance.
Develop electrical specifications, validation plans, and test documentation.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
4 -5 years of relevant experience, including equivalent project work, research, or hands-on experience.
Experience with schematic capture, schematic symbol & footprint creation, preferably using Altium ECAD.
Experience with multi-layer PCB layout, preferably 8+ layers.
Practical, hands-on experience validating and debugging hardware using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other equipment.
Capable of hand soldering small SMD components (0402 and QFNs) and reworking boards by cutting traces and adding fly-wires.
Strong understanding of digital and power circuit design, including SPI, LVDS, DDR3/DDR4, and PoE++.
ADDITIONAL STRENGTHS:
Experience with CMOS global shutter image sensors and AMD Xilinx MPSoC-based systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and system-level problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and collaborative, with strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
