As Head of Engineering, you lead a Tribe composed of several Squads within one of Betclic’s key development domains. You support high-performing, passionate teams that put innovation and quality at the heart of everything they do. YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥 In this role, your main missions will be: Technical Guidance Define and own the technical roadmap, aligning architecture and technological initiatives with long-term business objectives. Ensure the quality and robustness of technical deliverables: clean code, scalable architectures, CI/CD, observability, and DevSecOps best practices. Guarantee the security and compliance of all technical implementations, fostering a culture of data protection, reliability, and responsible risk management. Team Management & Leadership Lead a Tribe composed of several Squads (around 3 to 4) working on one of our key products, fostering autonomy, ownership, and impact. Directly manage several Engineering Managers , and functionally oversee dedicated experts within the Tribe (Data, AI, Architecture, SRE). Set clear goals and empower the team to grow and succeed. Oversee recruitment and ensure a balanced mix of skills within the team.
