Sound like somewhere you can see yourself. Read on. JOB PURPOSE The Master Data Manager EMEA owns the integrity, structure, and governance of master data across our Region. Working across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales & Marketing and Finance, you will ensure material, product, customer, manufacturing, vendor, and pricing data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across all systems and sites. You will own master data across our core systems - SAP, PIM, Quality, Manufacturing and Product-management systems. Leading a team of two, you will set standards and improve how data is created, maintained, and used across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who delivers results, drives quality, and aligns stakeholders across functions and geographies. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Master Data Ownership & Governance Own governance of master data domains, including material/product, customer, vendor, pricing, BOM, and manufacturing data. Define and enforce master data standards, naming conventions, data models, and workflows. Set data quality KPIs and drive measurable improvements in accuracy and completeness.
