The Head Teacher will provide supervision and support to on-site Special Education Teachers working in both our Mapleton School and our Devereux Day Academy. This position is as 52-week teaching opportunity. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm *Please note that you will work 4 days in Malvern and 1 day in Norristown * Every day as a Head Teacher you will: Provide support and supervision to educational staff. Assist in the development and implementation of the administration of the school program. Own supervision of IEPs and IEP process & complete initial transition of IEP for new students within 30 days Co-teach/push into classrooms to assist teacher adoption of new skills. Serve as a building-level leader in core and supplementary curricular resources.
