HGV Class 2 Driver – Flatbed | Great Barford, Bedford 📍 Location: Great Barford, Bedford 💷 Pay: £17.00 - £18.50 per hour (Agency) | £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (Permanent) 🕔 Start Times: 05:00 - 06:00 ⏰ Average Day: Approximately 10.5 hours Newstaff Employment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Great Barford, Bedford . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company operating flatbed vehicles , with the chance to secure a permanent position offering a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum . The Role: Driving HGV Class 2 flatbed vehicles Delivering goods safely and professionally Carrying out daily vehicle checks Providing excellent customer service on deliveries Working Monday to Friday with early morning starts (05:00-06:00) What We're Looking For: Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Previous flatbed experience is advantageous but not essential A positive attitude and reliable work ethic Bonus Skills: An IPAF licence would be a real advantage. However, our client is happy to invest in the right candidate and provide IPAF training and upskilling where required.
