Franciscan Health Lafayette Central 1501 Hartford St Lafayette, Indiana 47904 Our Hospice Nurses care for patients at the end of their lives. Their main responsibility is to help people live as comfortably and independently as possible and with the least amount of pain, in their final days. One of the largest parts of being a Hospice Nurse involves helping patients, and their families, feel more comfortable about death and providing them with the emotional support they need. Our RNs go beyond that and care for the patient’s mind, body and spirit while supporting their families and caregivers as well. WHO WE ARE Franciscan Health is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community. Our mission is to ensure that every patient receives the highest quality of care through innovation, compassion, and excellence. Franciscan Health takes pride in hiring coworkers who provide compassionate, comprehensive care for our patients and the communities we serve.
