This role involves managing reservations, seating guests, and maintaining the flow of the dining area to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Host will also assist with operational tasks to support overall service excellence and smooth restaurant operations.  RESPONSIBILITIES Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a professional and friendly first impression.  Ensure menus, wine lists, and other guest materials are clean, tidy, and ready for service before each shift.  Manage and take accurate in-person reservations through Sevenrooms, our reservation system.  Work collaboratively with the Manager to prepare and organize seating plans based on guest preferences and availability.  Seat…
