Your role Provide a high-quality housekeeping service that helps residents feel comfortable in their home Keep bedrooms, communal areas and facilities clean, safe and welcoming Work closely with colleagues to support residents’ daily wellbeing Use care and attention to detail to make a positive difference to residents’ lives Contribute to a supportive, friendly team environment Your skills A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people Good teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues Clear communication skills and a flexible approach to your work Energy and commitment to making a positive impact each day A focus on treating everyone with dignity and respect Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
