HR Advisor (Employment Strategy) - Fixed-term appointment until 31 March 2027 The Employment Strategy Team works with managers, trade unions and key stakeholders to develop and maintain the Council's employment framework, pay and reward arrangements, employee and trade union relations environment, and terms and conditions of employment. The team's work helps create the conditions for high employee engagement and organisational performance.
