About the role The role of the HR advisor is to manage various HR activities across employee life cycle. Handle all HR queries and requests for multiple countries / regions through case management tool. Liaise with employees, managers & local HR team globally to help manage various HR activities. Receive HR queries through case management tool and other areas. Provide solutions to employees & managers globally as per company HR policies & procedure across employee life cycle. Deliver transactional support on complex matters like recruitment process, reward & recognition, performance, HR Admin & termination process. Manage payroll of one / two countries depending on size of the country. Manage various dashboards and reports. Manage projects for automation / digitization of various HR activities. Adhere to HR processes and manages the integrity and security of employment data. Adhere to service level agreements & KPI’s defined for all HR activities. Maintain FAQ & HR documentation up to date (FAQ,DWI, & HR Portal) Deliver high level of quality and accuracy for the transactions processed. Identify and report process issues and propose solutions for streamlining, improving global standard processes. About you Educational Qualifications Bachelor level degree Relevant Experience At least 4 to 5 years of experience. Desired technical skills/knowledge HR tools knowledge PeopleSoft / HRMS / Leave Management Ability to maintain a high degree of data integrity within HRIS platforms, supporting accurate reporting. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple HR initiatives simultaneously. Soft skills/knowledge Excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken English while French & Arabic language preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment. Cultural awareness and adaptability when collaborating with a globally diverse team. Self-motivated, great follow through, requires little oversight Eye for detail Resilience and flexibility in managing changes within a fast-paced HR environment.
