Essential Job Duties:
The HR Business Parter will be part of the Human Resources team supporting the US Onshore Resources and Carbon Management (ORCM) business segment.
Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, programs and employee-related matters.
Support talent management activities, including workforce planning, employee development, retention, and onboarding initiatives.
Assist with employee relations and performance management processes by providing coaching, policy interpretation, and issue resolution support.
Analyze and report workforce data and trends to support business decisions and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR centers of expertise and business leaders to implement engagement, change management, and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial & Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field with a graduation date in December 2026 – May 2027
Must have at least a 2.85 GPA overall and in major
Proactive and results-driven individual who has high learning agility and is resourceful and innovative.
Leadership aptitude, including the ability to collaborate and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders in the business and HR teams
Strong Excel skills; ability to manipulate and analyze data using pivot tables, v-lookups, and Excel formulas
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical capabilities, advanced statistics skills, leverages data to generate insights and drive evidence-based recommendations
