The role is working closely with one of our studio: Ludios About Ludios Ludios takes its name from the Latin, it means "The Game People". Led by Eyal, one of the co-founders of Tripledot Studios, and some of the most experienced people in mobile games, we are a studio that makes and publishes our own casual, free-to-play mobile games. Our team is based across APAC, with the majority of our development happening in Jakarta and Melbourne. We are data-driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about the industry we work in. Right now, we are working on a number of exciting projects, including one built around a globally recognised IP, alongside several original titles we are equally excited about. About the Role The HR Director is the senior people leader for Ludios, working directly with the Studio CEO and Leadership Team and taking ownership of the studio’s people agenda. The role spans the full spectrum of HR, from hands-on employee matters and leadership support through to organisational design, workforce planning and long-term people strategy. This person will develop a deep understanding of the studio, how it operates and what it is trying to achieve, and will ensure that its people strategy enables those goals. They will work closely with Tripledot’s central HR teams and Centres of Expertise, bringing the best of the wider organisation into Ludios while ensuring that initiatives are relevant, practical and appropriate for the needs of the studio. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior HR partner to the Studio CEO and Leadership Team, providing advice, coaching and constructive challenge on people, organisational and cultural matters. Own and champion the studio’s people agenda end-to-end, from day-to-day employee matters through to long-term people strategy. Proactively identify and address emerging risks, gaps and opportunities across the studio’s people practices.
