HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager Location: Ibadan Salary: 250,000 Experience: minimum of 5 Years Key Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Professional certification in HR (CIPM, SPHR is a plus). Strong understanding of Nigerian employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, reference checks, and onboarding. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events. Maintain and update HR databases with records of new hires, terminations, leaves, and absences. Ensure the company culture is reflected throughout the employee lifecycle. Assist with performance management and employee evaluations. Handle employee grievances and complaints effectively. Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices. Support payroll processing by ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs. Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Maintain proper documentation and filing of HR-related records (both hard and soft copies) Coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
