Head - Contracts & Commercials (Renewables)

The position exists with the objective of - - Implementation of executed RE Project contracts (EPC turnkey/Multi party split contracts/self-development sites) i.e. accurate interpretation, payments, efficient execution by mitigating the risk of commercial defaults under the contracts and safeguard Apraava Energy as best possible on commercial risks identified during or prior to implementation. - Negotiation on deviation request of agreed terms in Apraava Energy business interest and commercial settlements such as Liquidated Damages and carry costs under the Project contracts/Agreements and secure/support for requisite internal approvals as per the authority manual/ matrix (CMAM) for the settlements.
