Job Description: Your Impact in this role The role reports to the HR Partner Business Services Dessel HR, Employee and Industrials Relations and works closely with the HR Representative Soft HR (HRBP), HR Representative Hard HR, managers; and off course our employees. The position plays a key role in the HR Employee life cycle from A-Z with the payroll process as the important heart of our HR department. In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers (blue-collar and white-collar jobs). Ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration in line with Belgian legislation and company policies. Manage the employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, personnel file management and HR documentation. Maintain and update employee records within the HR information systems. (Workday, eblox,...) Administer time and attendance processes, including maintenance of the Protime system. Act as first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, leave administration and HR operational questions.
