As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused People Operations Generalist (HR) to join our team. This is not a traditional HR administrative role. We are looking for a well-rounded Human Resources and People Operations professional who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with leaders, contributing to recruiting efforts, and helping build scalable people practices within a fast-paced global environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of People Operations, Global Delivery Leads, operational leadership, project teams, and executive leadership to support employees, workforce initiatives, and business operations.
