You’ll manage key employee lifecycle activities while ensuring a compliant, seamless, and positive experience.   How you will make a difference: Manage the employee lifecycle , including onboarding, probation, leave, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local requirements. Act as a trusted HR contact for clients and workers , providing guidance on policies, employment matters, and German HR practices. Partner with the HR Services Manager, Payroll, Benefits, and regional teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and reporting , ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance. Support payroll, benefits, audits, and monthly HR processes with accurate and timely inputs. Take a proactive, consultative approach to client queries, identifying risks and developing practical solutions. Contribute to process improvements, HR projects, and employee engagement initiatives .   What will give you an advantage: Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar role. Good knowledge of German employment practices, labour law, and HR compliance . Experience with employee lifecycle processes and HRIS/HR systems . German B1/B2 and fluent English – essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills . Willing to work on a Fixed Term Contract. A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset .
