Job Summary : Plutus21 Partners is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Specialist  to join our team in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong personality, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes , from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating final hiring decisions. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop creative strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely results. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience . Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with leadership to implement HR initiatives that foster employee engagement and retention. Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Champion Plutus21s values and culture , ensuring alignment across all HR practices. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. Provide support in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Requirements: Bachelors degree  in Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience , with a focus on recruitment  Strong personality with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms.
