Performance Management Guide managers on performance reviews, feedback, and development plans. Support performance improvement initiatives. Analyze performance trends and recommend actions. Employee Engagement & Culture Promote a positive work environment and company culture. Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention activities. Organize wellness and employee connect programs. Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements. Support implementation and communication of HR policies. Maintain employee documentation and HR records. HR Operations & Reporting Track HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity trends. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
