Position: Hub Colleague (Maternity Cover) Location: Thetford Dry Cleaning Hub Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time Pay: £12.75 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week with potential overtime available Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate About the Role As a Hub Colleague, you will play an important role in ensuring garments and laundry items are processed efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the hub. Full training will be provided, so previous laundry or dry cleaning experience is not essential. Key Responsibilities Processing laundry items safely and efficiently. Operating commercial laundry machinery and equipment. Sorting, preparing, finishing and packaging customer items. Booking orders in and out using company systems. Carrying out quality checks to ensure all items meet Timpson standards. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Supporting colleagues across the hub to meet daily productivity targets. Answering occasional telephone enquiries and communicating professionally with colleagues and customers.
