About the Role
Kensington is looking for a technically strong CRM Developer to help evolve the CRM ecosystem supporting our business and customer experience.
While HubSpot is our primary CRM platform, we are open to candidates with strong technical CRM development experience across platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar. What matters most is a strong foundation in CRM architecture, development, integrations and customer data, combined with the ability to learn and work across technologies.
In this role, you will own the technical configuration, development and integration of our CRM environment, connecting customer data across HubSpot, proprietary applications, reporting platforms and other business systems. You will work hands-on with CRM architecture, APIs, automation, data flows and C#/.NET development to help build a scalable and reliable customer data ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
Own the technical configuration and ongoing development of our CRM platform, including custom objects/entities, properties and fields, relationships, workflows, automation and business rules.
Design, build and support integrations between the CRM and proprietary applications, reporting platforms, data environments and third-party systems.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, C#/.NET and middleware or cloud integration services.
Translate business requirements into scalable CRM architecture and technical solutions while avoiding unnecessary customization and complexity.
Support the development of a unified customer view, ensuring customer information remains consistent, accurate and accessible across CRM, internal systems and downstream reporting.
Troubleshoot complex CRM, API and data synchronization issues, identifying root causes across application, integration and data layers.
Support CRM migrations and large-scale data initiatives, including data mapping, transformation, validation, deduplication and reconciliation.
