Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 annually (based on full-time equivalency)
Compensation is prorated based on the number of days worked per week.

We're growing and looking for an experienced part-time HR Director Consultant to join our award-winning team.
This is a W-2 employee position with a consistent, ongoing schedule supporting clients onsite during standard business hours throughout the Cleveland area.

What You'll Do
As an HR Director Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to clients across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities include:
Provide strategic and tactical HR consulting aligned with business goals.
Advise executives and leadership teams on complex HR matters.
Serve as a hands-on consultant balancing strategy, project execution, and day-to-day HR operations.
Lead HR projects, including HR systems implementation and process improvements.
Guide organizational design, change management, and leadership development initiatives.
Conduct employee relations investigations and support corrective action processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Influence culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, job descriptions, interview strategy, and hiring process improvements.
Collaborate with the ConnectedHR and ConnectedTALENT teams to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading HR projects, systems implementation, and process improvements.
Strong working knowledge across all core HR disciplines.
