Role Purpose
Please note this role is second shift. 3:00-11:00 PM
The Human Resources Generalist provides front-line HR support for manufacturing operations. This role partners with employees, supervisors, managers, and plant leadership to support employee relations, staffing, onboarding, compliance, workforce administration, employee engagement, and HR reporting. As an entry-level salaried role, the position is designed to build broad HR capability while providing responsive, visible support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Supports employees with HR questions, workplace concerns, investigations, and performance issues
Helps promote engagement, communication, and morale
Workforce Administration
Manages employee changes, staffing records, attendance tracking, and return-to-work support
Provides HR coverage across shifts and departments
Recruiting and Onboarding
Assists with recruiting activities, candidate coordination, and new hire onboarding
Compliance and Records
Supports HR compliance, documentation, audits, and confidential recordkeeping
Safety and Accommodations
Assists with workplace incident follow-up, safety support, accommodations, and return-to-work processes
HR Projects
Contributes to employee events, process improvements, and HR program implementation…
