Responsibilities: Maintain regular engagement with employees, both onsite and virtually, to support a positive organizational climate and alignment with company culture. Interact regularly with employees to build trust and promote open, transparent communication. Conduct focus group discussions with employees to gather feedback and provide summary reports with key insights and conclusions. Provide professional HR support to employees by addressing concerns and ensuring familiarity with company policies and procedures. Guide employees through company processes to promote a positive employee experience. Participate in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Assist in organizing events and coordinating with suppliers, including identifying potential partners for the Everise Privileges program. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance. Maintain accurate personnel records (e.g., payroll data, employee information, leave records, turnover data) in both physical files and HR systems. Ensure employment documentation and requirements are properly maintained and compliant. Liaise with other departments such as payroll, benefits, and other support functions as needed. Support the candidate selection and confirmation process, including assisting with the pre-selection of internal promotions. Assist supervisors with performance management processes and documentation. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team’s agenda. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Conduct employee orientations and onboarding activities and ensure records for new hires are updated. Assist with HR initiatives and projects, including collecting and analyzing employee feedback. Support offboarding processes, including coordination related to benefits and documentation for former employees. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned to the role.
