Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and technology-minded Human Resources Intern to support key HR transformation, talent, employee experience, and digital enablement initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines while providing opportunities to drive projects focused on process improvement, workforce analytics, AI adoption, automation, and HR technology optimization. The intern will partner with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience, streamline operations, and leverage data to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a naturally curious and analytical problem solver who challenges the status quo by asking thoughtful questions, uncovering root causes, and translating complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Responsibilities:
Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and enhance HR service delivery.
Leverage HR technology, AI, and automation tools to improve productivity, data quality, employee experience, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
Support the design and implementation of an enhanced onboarding experience by assessing current processes, identifying automation opportunities, and developing scalable workflows, job aids, training materials, and communications.
Contribute to talent and organizational development initiatives, including leadership development programs, learning curriculum design, talent management processes, and benchmarking of best practices.
Utilize HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
