One HR Hubs client is seeking a seasoned HR professional to elevate our team and drive our people strategy to new heights. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for excellence in human resource management and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire HR spectrum, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and employee relations. Partner with department heads to ensure the alignment of HR initiatives with the hotels strategic goals. Lead efforts in employee engagement, retention, and training, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury service. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Spearhead initiatives that promote a positive work environment and reinforce the hotel's reputation as a top employer. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
