Job Description Under the direction of the Human Resources leadership team, the Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic advisor and trusted consultant to assigned administrative departments. This role partners with department leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and provides practical guidance across employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, workforce planning, and policy interpretation. The HR Manager also serves as a key liaison between business leaders and Human Resources, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent, support leaders, and enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with firm policies and applicable employment laws. Strategic HR Partnership Provides guidance, advice, and support on a broad range of HR-related matters. Builds strong relationships with department leaders to understand business goals, workforce challenges, and talent needs. Provides consultative guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategies. Partners with leaders to support organizational change initiatives and strengthen employee engagement. Employee Relations and Performance Management Provides coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance concerns, workplace conflicts, conduct matters, and policy interpretation. Conducts employee relations investigations and recommends appropriate resolutions. Supports performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning. Compensation, Talent, and Workforce Support Supports compensation administration activities, including market pricing, promotional reviews, salary recommendations, and annual compensation planning.
