Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using various tools and diagnostic equipment. Perform maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. Qualifications 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of air conditioning, heating systems, appliance repair Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Pay Transparency: The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $65K-$150K/annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
