Your New Role
Work as an HVAC Service Technician based in Weymouth, MA, serving Norwell, Hanover, Hingham, Weymouth, Hanson, Pembroke, Boston, Carver, Plympton, Kingston, Plymouth, Milton, Quincy, Duxbury, Hull, Cohasset, and surrounding South Shore communities
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
Troubleshoot heating systems, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
Identify HVAC system problems accurately and efficiently
Perform HVAC service, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Explain system findings and recommended repairs clearly to customers
Complete service documentation accurately
Keep your company vehicle organized and ready for service calls
Follow company procedures and applicable HVAC safety standards
Provide professional and respectful service in customers’ homes and businesses
Use HVAC diagnostic tools, service equipment, and company provided equipment as applicable
Deliver dependable workmanship while helping customers stay comfortable throughout the year

Minimum of 2 - 3 years of HVAC service experience
Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
Experience servicing and repairing heating systems, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
EPA Section 608 certification preferred or required as applicable
Massachusetts refrigeration licensing where required for the work being…
