Who You Are We are looking for HVAC Maintenance Technicians and HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! If you are a skilled HVAC professional, we want to talk to you! Essential Job Functions Perform skilled maintenance work in the repair, installation, and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors, and any other wiring system as needed. Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs. Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and in an accurate manner. Operating company vehicles, and you will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicles. Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training, and no tolerance will be accepted for disregard of safety instructions. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade. Present options to homeowners for repairs and replacements Submit customer invoices via company iPad, correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostics, and all recommended repairs. Perform proper maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems that prevents systems from breaking down and provide safety and comfort for our clients. Communicate options to clients for maintenance, repairs, and replacement Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
